If it's a PRO model just pull the trigger. If it's the NON-PRO model it should have come with an orange "dummy mag" that needs to be inserted before being able to pull the trigger.LC9s slide grips. Went to clean when I got home and couldn't get the takedown pin out. Decided to pull down further and the spring under slide lock mech. Was not attached.
