Started using it in ESP mode and it was shifting good.It's not hard to do. Just remove the axle first. Remove the tires and hubs, remove the large axle nuts, unbolt and remove the rear brakes and brake panel (4 nuts), and knock the axle out the right side. Next, just unbolt the center axle tube from the diff (4 bolts). Now, unbolt the diff from the swingarm (4 nuts).Remove the shift motor and gears (very simple to do). Remove all the factory stiff, gummy grease that was put in the shift gears. Now, replace all that grease with a liberal amount of ALL-temperature, White Lithium Grease. Reassemble, and your shifting will be better. This works for all ES models except the Rincon.
