All of these ships are pretty horrible, but it is interesting to note that the premium ships seem to fare the worst. That's not surprising given that 3/4 of the T6 premium BBs are sporting pre-WW2 AA suites. Dunkerque and Arizona never received AA upgrades for obvious reasons, and Mutsu is in 1936 configuration specifically to justify the downtier.
