I'm trying to make a Solar Lucky Pants build where I also have Gunpowder Gamble to give it a real gunslinger playstyle. I've been running with last word and a glaive, but im wondering if using a solar handcannon and something like DMT would be better so i can use the handcanon to build up the GG charge.The main gameplay loop of this build is based around Lucky Pants and the two hand cannons. When readying Crimson or Trust, landed shots will apply a damage buff that increases hand cannon damage by 60% per stack, at a max of 10 stacks (600% damage boost) for 5.5 seconds. I've never had much trouble with the damage output. To add to what others have said already, you might want to use the Lucky Pants. They're pretty much the only exotic that has any real direct synergy with Ace.
