Bestway ended up sending me a new pump (thisnwas approx 6 months agyer setup andnjust afyer winter, at this point its an entirely new setup) 3rd just today I went outside to use the tub and it was half deflated. Mind you this is a new liner and pump. I have water leaking from THE AIR inlet of the tub and the pump itself. Remove pump assembly and empty the spar completely and deflate, drain all water from the internal by removing the air inlet valve and leave to dry for 24hrs. Try and flip the spa such that the section with the water filter is lying horizontally at the bottom. Not familiar with that brand. If your heater has scale it is the result of a high alkalinity, you will want to do better balancing in the future.
