The car is an 02 M3 coupe that will see 15-20 track days and sees light daily driving that is roughly 10 miles a day in total. What I gained is a shock specifically set up for my weight and riding style. IIRC, the Ohlins is a standard body and the spring is selected for your weight when you order the shock. Individual shops may elect to adjust the valving on the Ohlins but that is not a factory option. The Wilbers shock is built to order and so the valving can be adjusted during the factory assembly of the shock.
