Hi. For me the Hub in the Border Zone. A lot of large buildings & no raids/taxman/freedom to party with MIXED races. The best reason for me is the power usage of the town itself is low. Even building small wind generators on rooftops, the town will not dent power generated from your faction.

It works by shrinking the 'town area' boundary so you can place farms inside towns; you can achieve something in that effect by using the in-game shift+f12 and going into town placement mode, then shrink the boundary.
