As I found one somewhere on the development threat, I got rid of Cyanoboot and restore to B&N factory stock safely, by holding Power + N and restart till 8 times, and there you got it, restored to stock. Hopefully this thread would be useful for someone else who stuck at the same problem as mine.

I would look to remove it all and go back to the nook factory settings. I have tried the 8 reboot method and it doesnt work.
