MY recommended order is the megapithicus, the broodmother, and the dragon. You are allowed to bring 20 dinos to any boss fight (40 for the tek cave but only 20 will fight the boss). there are 3 difficulty levels: Gamma (easy), Beta (medium) and Alpha (hard). The first boss to kill should be the gamme Broodmother because the required artifacts are easier to get. But if you don't mind the difficulty of getting artifacts then do gamma Megapithecus first - it's the easiest boss. And as @GrumpyBear already said: Daedon's are a waste of a creature slot for the boss fights.
