I was checked at 36+4 and was 60% effaced and a tight 1 cm. My appt this week at 37+3 was 1 cm. Currently 38 weeks and nothing so ‍♀️. When I was checked in Friday (37+4) I was 1, but stretchy to 2 and 50-60%. Cervical dilation tells you nothing but where you are in the moment. You could very easily stay that 1cm until 42 weeks. I wouldn’t worry at all!
