Autozones usually rent them for free ($100 refundable deposit), hook it up to that valve on your rail (drain the pressure with a rag). with the vacuum line on the regulator connected, it should be 31psi Idle. with the vacuum line disconnected, it should be 39psi Idle.

Got a lot of obstacles to overcome (mainly wiring-don't have the donor XJ bulkhead harness) and the one that I am working on right now is the fuel delivery.
