I speculate the relic glitching is a UI effect done on the camera but for some reason the flag isn't removed and thus fail to return to normal. To repo the glitch(in my case), you need to go to part of the quest that trigger the relic glitch where V suppose to fallIt happend to me once, that effect didnt go away. I closed the game and restarted it. Solved it. Does the effect still enabled after restarting the game?Tried to fix this for 2 days, with mods even...
