I used dual Urumis for awhile until switching to dual Hoslow's. The Urumi has that unique charge attack which would be a great long ranged option. Problem is, the hitbox does not seem to match the actual animation so it's not that long range. Hoslow's has the standard AoE charge attack which is already covered by the L1/LB.The procs pretty easily make up for the lack of base damage on whips.
